Responsibilities:

Do you want to support a high-profile organization? If so, join our team! The sponsor is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to perform the role of Project Integrator. As a critical member of a Front Office team, the selected Project Integrator should be flexible and prepared to provide cross functional support. The primary focus will be to support the Front Office Senior Executive Officers to include the Director, Chief of Staff, and Senior Program Managers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Oversee and manage calendars for Front Office Executive Leadership to streamline coordination, providing deconfliction insight where appropriate.

Assist leadership in managing and tracking emails and coordinate office responses to TaskIts.

Assist with the logistics for setting up large events.

Manage and monitor check-in/check-out of all personnel within the organization to include EARRS requests, badge access, and vault access.

Manage and maintain phone lists, phone cards, email groups, and shared drive accesses.

Assist the Front Office by operating as the vault custodian.

Attend meetings with members of the Front Office to take notes and provide meeting minutes.

Perform various administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies, initiating work orders, and planning events.

Provides innovative solutions to complex problems.

Qualifications:

Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Demonstrated experience with C-suite level and/or Executive support.

Excellent judgment, strong written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to prepare executive level correspondence.

Outstanding organization and planning skills with the ability to synthesize large quantities of disparate information.

Strong time management skills with the demonstrated ability to keep complex organizations or initiatives on schedule to meet deadlines in a timely manner.

Team oriented, self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude.

Ability to handle multiple tasks of competing priorities.

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.

Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills which can be applied to processes.

Prior experience with the customer's domain to include enterprise IT and/or mission support.

Familiarity and experience with customer access management, travel, and action planning tools.

BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7, or related experience
