Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing teams to design and implement experiments and features aimed at driving business growth and improving user satisfaction

Leverage product analytics to identify opportunities for experimentation, focusing on user acquisition and engagement

Create multiple design solutions, from initial sketches to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring alignment with target audience preferences and project requirements

Integrate user research and A/B testing data to inform design decisions and optimize user experience

Present design concepts to stakeholders and facilitate discussions, ensuring alignment with product goals

Work closely with Engineering to provide UX specifications and assets for high-quality delivery of experiences to customers

Contribute to the development of style guides and design systems

Collaborate with senior designers to enhance skills and advocate for user-centric design practices within the organization

Conduct basic qualitative research exercises and synthesize findings to drive design improvements

Participate in usability testing sessions and gather user feedback for iterative design enhancements

Create and maintain design documentation, including specifications and design files

Skills, Experience and Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, or related field

2-4 years of product design experience, preferably in growth-focused environment

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies

Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and conducting user testing and research

Basic knowledge of UI design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory

An eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative design solutions

Experience in responsive web design

Effective communication skills across organizational functions and levels

Customer-centric mindset with a focus on solving user problems

Up-to-date knowledge of design trends and UX best practices

Kind, collaborative, and empathetic approach to teamwork

Ability to present and explain design concepts and decisions

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
