Vice President of Sales and Commercial Strategy- Parsippany, NJ

The role of VP of Sales and Commercial Strategy Americas will be responsible for driving initiatives to optimize sales processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the sales organization. You will handle the development and execution of a sales and commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives short and long term for America Region while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with broader goals and initiatives.

*This position is a hybrid role. Employees work collaboratively in office on Tuesday and Wednesday in Parsippany, NJ*

Job Description:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Define a Sales and commercial Strategy for Americas Sales Organization and Drive Implementation

Drive the implementation of commercial excellence initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness, including sales process optimization, sales enablement, and adoption of best practices.

Collaborate with the head of the region to develop long-term sales strategies and forecasts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market dynamics.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track sales performance, analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.

Execute the sales strategy aligned with company objectives, market trends, and customer needs.

Lead efforts to optimize the structure and operations of the sales organization, focusing on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness to better support our team's success.

Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.

Cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation within the sales organization.

Drive organizational success through effective communication, collaboration, and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as adherence to company policies and procedures, in all sales activities and initiatives.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Finance, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with broader business initiatives and to drive integrated go-to-market strategies.

Job Requirements:

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Minimum ten years in a leadership position with a sales organization.

Minimum five years experience as a lead decision maker within a global setting

Proven ability to champion new and various technology platforms and processes as well as integrate into the Sales department

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to drive organizational success through strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Proven track record of driving results as a sales leader, with a focus on revenue growth and market expansion.

Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative- ability to foster an agile working environment.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
