HR Support Analyst/Business Process Consultant For this position you will serves as the single point of contact for all Human Resources activities and actions.
My client is looking for someone with NavSea or Navy experience for this position
Job Duties
Serve as the single point of contact for all Human Resources activities and actions
Assist client with offboarding departing personnel, drafting/posting job openings, and organizing interviews, hiring, and onboarding activities for the organization.
Assist client in developing a HR annual strategy and execution of identified goals and objectives.
Track and report all HR actions as candidates move through the hiring process for the client
Assist client with developing well-formed requirements as it relates to Government personnel and future forecasting.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or 5 years of experience with Navy HR Programs
Excellent Office 365 Suite skills (Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Ability to learn new expertise, processes, and tools quickly and comprehensively
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Possession of excellent organizational skills
Secret clearance
