The Opportunity: You'll ensure the smooth operation of our accounting function, supervising a team of accounting professionals.

Your analytical skills and experience will drive accurate reporting, timely closes, and strong internal financial controls.

What You'll Do: Accounting Lead: Maintain our general ledger structure, financial reporting standards, and oversee the team responsible for A/P, A/R, payroll, and collections.

Process Champion: Analyze and improve accounting workflows for efficiency and accuracy, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Reporting & Analysis: Prepare timely monthly/quarterly reports, assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year-end audit preparation.

Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with senior executives, providing insights and responding to financial inquiries.

Team Leader: Supervise, mentor, and develop your team to achieve their full potential.

Your Qualifications Education: BA/BS in Business, with an emphasis in Accounting.

CPA preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience, ideally with previous public accounting exposure.

Manufacturing experience is essential for success in this role.

Leadership: Proven experience supervising accounting staff.

Technical Skills: Strong accounting knowledge, especially inventory and cost accounting.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + 18% bonus opportunity and full benefits.
