Monitors the training and development of Service Line Programs and physicians

Evaluates work performance and is responsible for monitoring and reporting quantitative and qualitative results and outcomes

Ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements

Liaison with other service lines and programs to ensure the organization's objectives are met system-wide
