Join the North Charles Mental Health Clinic as we expand our team.

We are a behavior health clinic affiliated with CHA, staffed by experienced clinicians and prescribers, offering a multi-disciplinary team approach and providing psychodynamically oriented treatment for a wide range of clients.

Staff Clinicians (20+ hrs/wk) - LICSW and LMHC clinicians Both salaried and fee-for-service positions available.

Licensed Prescribers – APRNs and MDs 8-12 hrs/week Responsibilities include: diagnostic evaluations, medication management and ongoing psychotherapy for individuals, with options for families and couples; participation in weekly team meetings and biannual clinical reviews; maintaining timely documentation.

Requirements: Fully independent licensure in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing or Pyschiatrists/MDs with minimum 3 years post-grad clinical experience with adult patients, including experience treating those with Serious Mental Illness.

Individual and peer supervision provided.

Free on-site parking.

Flexible work schedule including tele-health.

Benefits start at 20-30 hrs/wk and include STD/LTD insurance, dental insurance, health insurance (30+ hrs). 4 weeks paid leave pro-rated at 20+ hrs/wk.
