Responsibilities

1. Complete engineering projects within agreed time schedule as per DCI. Allowable variation 2. Ensure drawing approval 3. Preparing application document in line with application methodology, available equipment and standard practice.4. Zero estimation error in preparing final BoM5. Review and clearance of quality control documents 6. Submission of MRB within 30 days from last material supply date.7. Zero customer complaint on quality and timely completion of project8. Leading the process of addressing customer complaint and complete with 30 days.

9. Coordinate & provide required engineering details/ technical input to Project/ Shutdown lead & site manager during project execution. Clarify doubts/ issues to site team on application method, application ITP & QAP10 Review sample test reports and revert with in 24 hours11. Response to client's queries / comments, CRS, TQ within 5 days from the date of receipt of communication.12 Coordinate with project/ shutdown lead & logistics for timely supply of materials

13. Visiting application sites to review application vis-à-vis refractory design and application procedure. Minimum 1 per per job and submit report within 7 days after return.14. Appriase application issues if any and revise drawings/ design/ application procedure accordingly15. Attending technical meeting with client/ PMC/ TPI as & when required16. Attending samples testing at laboratory as & when required17. Carrying out thermographic study and submit report withinin 15 days from the date of inspection.18. Carrying out technical supervision at client's location based on requirement.

19. Quality Assurance for engineering, site installation and supplies.

Qualifications

Educational qualifications (Threshold educational background required to execute the role)Engineering Graduate /MBARelevant experience (Type/ Nature and years of relevant experience required to execute the role) 10 to 15 Years of experience in refractory Detail Engg, Estimations, Engg Porject Lead Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role Engineering skills, understanding of basic refractory application issues & problems, problem solving skill, Effective communication, Leadership skill and ability to convince and manage customer and other stake holders. Effective communicator, . Leadership skill and ability to motivate the team to think innovative, API-936 Certification.
