As an HVAC/R Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in commercial/ industrial buildings. Your position will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients by providing exceptional service and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC/R systems.

Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

Repair or replace defective components in HVAC/R systems.

Install new heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

Collaborate with other technicians to solve complex problems.

Maintain accurate documentation of all service and repair activities.

Respond to emergency service calls in a timely manner.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Certification or license as an HVAC/R technician.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC/R industry.

Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems and their components.

Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC/R systems.

Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
