Areas you will take care of

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: From sourcing to the offer stage, you'll oversee the entire recruitment process with diligent attention to detail.

Proactive hiring strategy: Instead of reacting to needs, you'll proactively build the Novanta employer brand within target groups, utilizing a long-term strategic approach and fostering community engagement.

Building Partnerships: Gain trust and establish partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders, serving not only as a talent deliverer but also as an advisor and strategic partner.

Systematic Approach: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all data, reports, and information, recognizing that effective measurement is crucial for our informed decision-making.

Your experience and strengths

Strong English and Czech/Slovak communication skills are essential. Other languages such as Spanish or German is advantageous but not mandatory for daily operations.

You feel confident and experienced in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

You can communicate effectively with candidates, team members, hiring managers, and leadership, fostering collaborative relationships at every level.

You can work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities, driving results with initiative and accountability.
