We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team in Council Bluffs, IA. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial, municipal, and/or public-sector projects. Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with industrial and infrastructure projects are highly preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Qualifications:

Registered Architect

Proficiency in Revit

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Architect or Project Manager

Experience in commercial, municipal, and/or public-sector projects

Strong technical project detailing and documentation skills

Experience working directly with clients

Proficiency in preparation of architectural contract documents and specifications

Experience in establishing and managing project fees, budgets, and schedules

Proficiency in IBC, NFPA, and ADA code requirements

Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Sketchup Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in industrial and infrastructure projects Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in leading team members and coordinate the work of the team through multiple phases of a project

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and estimates

Participate in meetings with clients and incorporate their needs throughout multiple phases of a project

Define project requirements and develop design criteria in collaboration with clients

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure all drawings/specifications are aligned

Provide quality assurance and technical reviews throughout multiple phases of projects

Manage project team members producing construction documents

Develop construction documents and provide technical details, redline corrections, and direction on construction documents

Review drawings for code compliance and meet with governing agencies as necessary

Coordinate full sets of contract documents including drawings and architectural specifications for bidding

Attend and conduct construction meetings with clients and contractors

Provide Construction Administration services such as reviewing submittals/shop drawings, change order requests, and answering contractor questions Salary Range:

$95,000- $105,000
