We are currently seeking a System Administrator. The System Administrator will provide excellent service and meet client needs while offering effective technological solutions to the organization with a focus on Active Directory and M365 Administration.
General Function:
maintains, and troubleshoots required client software and hardware
to perform standard break-fix triage for hardware and software on end user systems.
software support utilizing Windows Operating Systems.
and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
networking and connection issues.
Active Directory, Azure AD, and M365 platforms
to incoming service requests in a timely manner and follow set up procedures for logging, reporting and monitoring desktop operations.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:
work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
Experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and EntraID/SSO
Experience with Office 365 administration
with Exchange online and general email troubleshooting
be able to work well both independently and in team settings
organization and multitasking skills
Preferred Knowledge:
with Tanium
with PKI/Certificates/Digicert
with Teams Conferencing
