Prepare and present progress updates to management on a regular basis. to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
Monitor project progress
Handle any issues that happen per project
Permit applications
Estimate preparation
QuickBooks Online, Excel, Word and Outlook
Experience working with sub-contractors, negotiating contracts, ensuring your project is within budget
Contacting vendors for quotes, organize vendor paperwork, submit subcontractor purchase orders, and schedule site walk-throughs
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
