Contract to Hire

Overview:

Brooksource is looking to hire an Adobe Assets and Sites Engineer II to join one of the most innovative Vacation Ownership companies in all of Orlando. This role is integral in leading and delivering advanced digital solutions across our hospitality services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the governance, performance, and enhancement of our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms, focusing on digital asset management and effective site setups.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and management of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets workflows, enhancing technical capabilities and asset utilization.

- Ensure the operational health of AEM Digital Asset Manager (DAM) and Sites environments, performing regular checks and optimizations.

- Manage and streamline the development and deployment processes through effective CI/CD pipeline configurations.

- Provide expert design guidance and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices in software engineering aligned with SDLC processes.

- Innovate and contribute to the creation and maintenance of Digital Engineering Frameworks and Application Design Patterns.

- Proactively monitor system performance using advanced tools like New Relic and App Dynamics to ensure optimal functionality and preemptively address potential issues.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to bolster system reliability and scalability, enhancing system integration and workflow efficiencies.

- Support and guide continuous improvement efforts, staying abreast of industry trends and leveraging innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities and performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of four years of IT experience, with a strong background in digital and mobile application development environments.

- Proficient in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) administration with a solid understanding of digital asset management and site performance optimization.

- Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline tools and practices, preferably with Jenkins, GitLab, or similar platforms.

- Demonstrated leadership in managing complex technical projects with minimal supervision, showcasing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced technical skills, including experience with cloud integrations (AWS or Azure), and familiarity with containerized and composable application designs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across functional teams to drive results and achieve business objectives.
