Lead Project Manager

**Hybrid in Richmond, VA.**

Our financial services client is looking for a Lead Project Manager to join their team.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay Rate: $40.00 - $45.00/hr on W2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

Responsibilities of the Lead Project Manager:

Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and success criteria

Develop a strategy to achieve the program goals and execute project deliverables in a defined framework

Drive meetings to help cross-functional teams plan, coordinate, and execute tasks

Coordinate within and across the Retail Bank organization to align efforts to desired program outcomes

Identify solutions for delivering on program objectives while identifying and mitigating obstacles blocking program success

Ensure milestones are reached and deadlines are met throughout the life cycle

Surface data-backed insights to program leadership and stakeholders to drive decision-making and facilitate tradeoff discussions

Report and communicate between the working team and senior leadership on program status

Requirements of the Lead Project Manager:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 5 years of experience in project management

Experience with Zoom and Google Workplace products, to include: Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs, and Drive

Solid history of working with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Analyst) to take projects from inception to launch

Strong understanding of traditional project management principles and methodologies

Strong presentation and communication skills

Ability to quickly understand program strategy, technical details, and summarize to help leaders drive action
