Business Analyst - Level 1

Controlled Holdings, an award-winning distributor of HVAC controls and awarded Indiana’s “Best Places to Work” for 8 years, is currently seeking an analytical and data-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.

Job Duties:

Designs and maintains processes, databases, and data integrity for internal platforms (Sugar, PTW, Microsoft BI, etc.)

Work with key internal and external parties in implementing business intelligence platforms

Optimize data integration platforms

Serves as point of contact for data-related issues and questions

Training end users on reporting and dashboards in various internal platforms

Work with key stakeholders to develop, manage, and build reporting and dashboard solutions to meet the needs of the business

Problem-solving expertise and complex analysis of data to develop business insights

Manage mass change updates in internal platforms (Mass product updates, price increases, etc.)

Other duties as assigned

What We Need From You:

Persistence and a "do what it takes" attitude.

Knowledge of internal platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft BI, PTW, etc.)

Passion for data

Effective communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externally.
