Job Description: As an Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney at our esteemed firm, you will be at the forefront of protecting and enforcing our clients' valuable intellectual property rights. You will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-stakes litigation matters involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and other IP-related disputes. You will collaborate closely with a team of highly skilled attorneys and legal professionals to provide strategic counsel and representation to our diverse clientele, which includes Fortune 500 companies, startups, and individual inventors.

Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of IP litigation, including case strategy development, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, trials, and appeals.

Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting of various legal documents, including briefs, motions, and memoranda.

Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.

Provide proactive and creative solutions to complex legal issues while adhering to ethical standards and professional responsibilities.

Stay abreast of developments in IP law, industry trends, and legal best practices to ensure the highest level of service and representation.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the State Bar of Texas with active and in good standing status.

Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing intellectual property litigation at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.

Strong litigation skills with a proven track record of success in handling IP disputes from inception to resolution.

Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
