Production Support Engineer

Position: Production Support Engineer

Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

Duration: 6+ Months

Responsibilities:

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for critical production applications.

Manage incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and monitor job performance.

Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to address technical challenges.

Utilize IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow or Jira for ticketing and task management.

Requirements:

8+ years of production support experience.

Expertise in incident management, job monitoring, and root cause analysis.

Proficiency in Ab Initio or similar ETL tools, Unix, SQL, and PL/SQL.

Familiarity with IT Service Management tools.

5+ years of Oracle Financials Cloud experience, focusing on General Ledger or Accounting Hub Cloud Services.

Knowledge of Oracle reporting tools like Oracle Financial Reporting and OTBI.
