About You - You're a master of:

Taming the chaos: You thrive in fast-paced environments and wear multiple hats with ease. Keeping schedules on track, managing inventory, and basic bookkeeping are your jam.

Jedi mind tricks: Organization is your superpower. You can anticipate needs, streamline processes, and keep everything running smoothly.

Communication like a boss: You have clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.

Bonus points if you can also:

Juggle meetings, schedules, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Handle writing and reviewing agreements effortlessly.

Manage inventory like a pro, from ordering to receiving and tracking.

Navigate reimbursements, contractor payments, and collaborate seamlessly with a CPA.

Location: This role is 100% onsite and it's based in sunny Sorrento Valley, San Diego.

Compensation: Salary ranges from 60 k - 80 k depending on experience.
