Job Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction and design projects from inception to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of creating and preserving exceptional housing units across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays promptly.

Construction and Design Management:Oversee all aspects of construction and design activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Collaborate with design teams to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions that meet project objectives and client expectations.

Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.

Budget and Cost Management:Monitor project budgets closely, tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost optimization.

Work closely with finance and procurement teams to secure competitive bids and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.

Implement strategies to mitigate risks and minimize project costs without compromising quality or safety.

Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of project progress, milestones, and any potential issues.

Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review project status, address concerns, and solicit feedback.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.

Strong knowledge of construction principles, building codes, and regulations.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

5 years of experience preferred.
