Medication Technician

Job Description

Certified Medication Technician CMT to provide medication administration and/or monitoring in substance abuse recovery homes in Baltimore City. Compensation:

$15 - $20 hourlyResponsibilities:

Coordinates and administers medication to residents with substance abuse and mental health disorders.

Documents action on MAR

Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders

Administers medications and performs treatments for assigned residents, and documents that treatment as required by the Company, and local, state, and federal rules and regulations

Participates in orientation and in-service training for personnel

Ensures that supplies are utilized economically and that equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner

Performs other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Must be a Certified Medication Technician
