Firmware Engineer

The Firmware Engineer will play a pivotal role in the MCU Firmware project, focusing primarily on bug investigation. This position demands a seasoned professional with 8-10 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 3 years in embedded firmware development. The incumbent will collaborate closely with the software development team, contributing to the enhancement of market devices, particularly surface devices and extra accessories.

Responsibilities:

Investigate and resolve bugs within the MCU Firmware project.

Collaborate with the software development team to improve market devices' performance and functionality.

Develop and maintain firmware for surface devices and additional accessories.

Contribute to the design and implementation of real-time operating systems.

Utilize strong debugging skills to troubleshoot firmware issues effectively.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in firmware development.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related discipline (preferred).

8-10 years of overall experience in software or firmware development.

Minimum 3 years of experience in embedded firmware development.

Proficiency in C programming language with at least 3 years of experience.

Fluent with Git source control system with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Experience working with bus protocols such as USB, I2C, or similar for at least 3 years.

Understanding of real-time operating systems.

Strong debugging skills to identify and resolve firmware issues efficiently.

Skills and Abilities:
