Position: Property Manager

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Pay: $50,000/yr

Experience: Previous experience as a Property Manager in a multi-family residential setting

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm

HH Staffing is seeking a Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Manage all aspects of leasing, including inquiries, applications, and lease agreements

Conduct property tours and ensure a high level of customer service for prospective and current residents

Address resident concerns and quickly respond to maintenance requests

Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders

Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, resident communication, and financial transactions

Assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents and retain current ones

Uphold property appearance and cleanliness standards

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Position Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)

Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices

Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio)

Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
