Technique, Inc. is a tubing and welding facility offering the shortest lead-times and highest quality parts in the industry. We offer high-speed prototypes, ultra-low volume stampings, tubing and assemblies for production and emergency-based manufacturing for industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical and food processing.

We are currently looking for Quality Inspectors who are interested in working within a high-tech and advanced manufacturing environment.

Job Summary:

Perform quality inspections on products to ensure they meet specified standards and requirements

Conduct, collect and analyze data to assess compliance and identify trends and areas for improvement in the quality process.

Follow established protocols and standard operating procedures to maintain consistency in quality assurance processes.

Maintain records, data, and metrics containing all pertinent information necessary for quality assurance as well as assisting with dispositioning nonconforming productRequirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Vocational Training (STEM Program, Career Center or Technical Trades Training)

At least 1 year experience reading blueprints

Associate degree or equivalent in design desired

1-2 years of solid modeling in SolidWorks

At least 1 year of related Romer arm operating experience

Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel

Experience with database managementPhysical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to manufacturing processes that include and are not limited to; fumes or airborne particles, hazardous chemicals, moving mechanical parts, industrial equipment and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
