Position Overview:

Birlasoft is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Maintenance lead to join our dynamic team . The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud implementation, with a strong focus on manufacturing and maintenance modules. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle SCM applications, including Inventory, Manufacturing, Materials Management, and Costing. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and delivering Oracle ERP Cloud projects, providing subject matter expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design of Oracle ERP Cloud solutions for manufacturing and maintenance domains.

Define comprehensive functional requirements and solution design specifications based on business needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on best practices for implementing Oracle Cloud applications in manufacturing and maintenance environments.

Implementation Leadership:

Drive the implementation lifecycle of Oracle ERP Cloud projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

Act as the primary point of contact for manufacturing and maintenance modules, overseeing all aspects of project execution.

Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams to coordinate activities and resolve issues.

Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Configuration and Customization:

Configure Oracle Cloud applications to align with business processes, including setup of manufacturing workflows, bills of materials, work orders, and maintenance schedules.

Customize Oracle Cloud applications using advanced tools and techniques to meet unique business requirements.

Develop and maintain extensions, integrations, and reports to enhance system functionality and support end-to-end business processes.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Develop comprehensive test plans and scenarios for manufacturing and maintenance processes.

Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing efforts.

Ensure the quality and reliability of Oracle Cloud solutions through rigorous testing and validation.

Documentation and Training:

Create detailed documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.

Conduct training sessions for end users and key stakeholders on Oracle Cloud manufacturing and maintenance functionalities.

Provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer to facilitate user adoption and system optimization.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 9 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation, with a focus on manufacturing and maintenance modules.

Proven expertise in Oracle SCM applications, including Inventory, Manufacturing, Materials Management, and Costing.

Hands-on experience with at least 4 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle ERP Cloud projects.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and maintenance management principles.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Oracle Cloud certifications in relevant modules are highly desirable.
