Eternal Robotics is excited to announce an opening for a Junior Computer Vision Engineer, a role pivotal in supporting our advanced technological initiatives in computer vision and AI. The individual will work alongside seasoned professionals, contributing towards algorithm development, model implementation, and elevating our technological solutions.

Job Purpose:

The Junior Computer Vision Engineer will contribute towards developing, optimizing, and deploying computer vision models and algorithms, ensuring that they align with organizational needs and enhance our technological offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Algorithm Development:

Assist in developing computer vision algorithms using technologies such as OpenCV and Python.

Support in optimizing algorithms for real-world applications, ensuring efficiency and functionality.

Model Implementation:

Work towards implementing computer vision models into functional software applications.

Ensure alignment of model implementations with user needs and operational requirements.

Collaboration and Support:

Collaborate with senior engineers, understanding project requirements, and contributing towards development initiatives.

Provide technical support and insights during project planning and development phases.

Data Management:

Assist in managing and preparing data for model training and validation.

Ensure that data is handled, processed, and stored securely and effectively.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

Support in testing computer vision applications, ensuring they function reliably and accurately.

Contribute towards ensuring that applications meet quality and operational standards.

Continuous Learning:

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies within computer vision and related fields.

Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in computer vision algorithm development (including academic projects).

Technical Skills: Familiarity with Python, OpenCV, and basic machine learning concepts.

Skills and Abilities:
