Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record of successfully managing project portfolios. The PMO Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards, processes, and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Establish PMO Framework: Develop and implement a standardized project management framework, including processes, tools, templates, and methodologies, to govern project delivery across the organization.

2.Project Governance: Define and enforce project governance standards, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing phases. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Facilitate all Internal & client calls; track all minutes and share with stakeholders.

3.Executive reporting: The ability to report and present to executive management.

4.Resource Management: Collaborate with project managers and department heads to allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with project priorities and organizational goals.

5.Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts on project objectives. Monitor and report on project risks throughout the project lifecycle and highlight to stakeholders.

6.Quality Assurance: Establish quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet stakeholder expectations and quality standards. Conduct regular quality reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.

7.Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish mechanisms for monitoring and reporting project performance. Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting achievements, issues, and areas for improvement.

8.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including project sponsors, steering committees, and business partners. Communicate effectively to manage expectations and address concerns.

9.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO, identifying opportunities to enhance project management practices, streamline processes, and optimize resource allocation.

10.Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to project managers and project team members on project management best practices, tools, and techniques. Foster a culture of learning and development within the PMO.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

•Hands on experience on MS suite – Project, Planner, Lists, Power Automate, VISIO

•Minimum of [5] years of experience in project management.

•Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

•Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex projects from initiation to closure.

•Excellent leadership, communication, time management and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

•Ability to work in grey areas and move them towards logical direction.

Preferred:

•Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.

•Certification/Knowledge of Six Sigma/ Lean/ Statistics
