**Job Title: Tours & Travel Sales Manager - B2B Travel Agency**

**Overview:**

As a Business Development Manager in a B2B travel agency, you will be responsible for expanding the agency's client base, building strong relationships with travel partners, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and maximizing sales within the business-to-business (B2B) travel sector.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Prospecting and Lead Generation:**

- Identify potential clients, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and tour operators, through market research and networking.

- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and participation in industry events and conferences.

2. **Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:**

- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the agency's services and capabilities.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure new business partnerships.

3. **Sales Strategy and Pipeline Management:**

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and penetrate new markets.

- Track sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM software.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales collateral and promotional materials.

4. **Product Knowledge and Training:**

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

- Provide product training and support to clients to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the agency's services and offerings.

5. **Cross-Selling and Upselling:**

- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services to existing clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

6. **Market Intelligence and Feedback:**

- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and new product development.

- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.

- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the travel industry.

- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as needed.
