Hi,

We are looking for Technical Sales Manager for our German based client .

Roles & Responsibility

Strategic and operational market development: expansion of the customer portfolio by promoting our client computing & communication products across healthcare, transportation, and industrial segments along with various products available in our client product portfolio basket. Execute high velocity sales with OEMs, system integrators and end use customers for the sales team in India.

Product level technical & corporate presentations to key decision maker at customer sites

Understanding technical requirements of customers and offering customer-specific solutions through alignment with our client technical & sales departments. Support existing key accounts, care and development of relationships across different hierarchical levels.

Preparation of offers, discussions and negotiations with customers through site visits and regular communication until the order is placed .

Interface between the customer and various client internal departments (e.g. Product Management, Custom Solutions Team and Technical Support) for new or ongoing support functions.

Lead and/or participate on cross-functional team activities to support organizational goals.

Participation in trade fairs, conferences, and industry events

Organization India level ongoing CRM / MIS activities

Skills:

University degree with major in Computers, Electronics or Electrical Engineering or similar, additional MBA degree would be an advantage. 2/2

Experience in selling products that require technical competences. Proven/accomplished sales track record of 5-10 years in closing deals for computing / embedded products as technical sales manager or above.

Customer acquisition strength, negotiation and strong communication skills, great team player with an enthusiastic and energetic personality, strong motivation to be a successful sales manager. A self-starter, motivated professional, confident dealing CXO level interactions

Good time management and priority setting mind

Exposure to high end computing platforms like modular or Industrial PC's and/or embedded systems for healthcare/transportation/defence/industrial-automation sectors

Any computing programming language if known, like C, would be an advantage.

Professional and positive appearance

Excellent interpersonal, communication (fluent in English) and presentation skills

Availability to travel and visit customers.
