Key roles and responsibilities :
Write clear, creative, and customer-focussed UX content for Jupiter’s digital assets such as the Jupiter app and website in line with the brand’s tone and voice
Use craft, empathy, logic, and data for in-app comms, push notifications, mailers, and other app-related communication
Write & edit copy for all in-app scenarios including user navigation, informational, instructional & error messages, help center bot, etc.
Over and above, there will be requirements from time-to-time such as requirements from other stakeholders like PR & Social team, Internal Communications and HR team
Must have skills :
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent practical experience
2-3 years of experience in user-focused product writing
Experience creating and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects (App, Website, Push Notifications, etc.)
A portfolio of UX-focused writing samples
Experience working with content strategies for user experiences, from product-related communications to notifications to even FAQs
Experience partnering with designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers
Intangibles we’re looking for:
Ownership - obsession to make Jupiter famous in the fintech industry on the copy front
Empathy for the user - to know when a user needs to be reassured and when there is an opportunity to delight
Ability to break down complex information into digestible, easily understood communication
A basic understanding of the BFSI industry and the fears, motivations, and desires of its users
Know when to be creative and when to be direct in communication
An urge to question things and debate with rationale
