About the Role
As a Team Member, you must ensure client satisfaction and service levels targets are achieved through service delivery excellence. You will display a positive "can-do" attitude and be a highly reliable individual. You will be accurate with a keen eye for detail, have good computer literacy and effective communication skills.
Main Duties
Sort and prepare documents for scanning
Scanning documents on desktop and track scanners
Archive and retrieve documents
Create and maintain production reports
Handle and resolve phone and email queries
Administration
Ensure the workplace is safe and any areas of concern are addressed or escalated immediately
Business Development
Develop an understanding of the client’s business and identify opportunities to generate additional revenue
Operations
Identify potential areas for cost savings for both Canon Business Services and the client
Understand the contracted services including service levels and scope of work
Ensure optimal service is provided at all times and understand implications to client of not meeting agreed service levels
Question processes and procedures and identify areas for improvement
Comply with operating manuals, training manuals, work instructions and other documented processes and procedures
Undertake cross training and perform other duties as and when required
Client
Establish and maintain relationships within client, suppliers, and Canon Business Services to deliver service excellence
Perform tasks to ensure highest level of client satisfaction is achieved
Reporting
Provide timely and accurate input into all reports
Other
Comply with Canon Business Services and client standards, policies, and codes of conduct
Responsible for adopting eco-friendly work practices and identifying opportunities for improving performance in environmental sustainability
Any other ad hoc tasks as and when required
