Bartender

We are seeking a Beverage Lead to oversee and manage all non-alcoholic beverage offerings at our location in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating unique and innovative drink options that cater to a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and curate a menu of non-alcoholic beverages that align with the overall concept and theme of the establishment

- Source high-quality ingredients and products for beverage recipes

- Create and update drink recipes based on customer feedback, seasonal availability, and trends

- Train and mentor staff on proper drink preparation techniques and customer service

- Monitor beverage inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed

- Ensure that all drinks are consistently made to high standards of quality and presentation

- Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate beverage pairings with food offerings

- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new drink specials and events

- Stay current on industry trends and continuously seek out new ideas and inspiration for beverage offerings

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry

- Excellent knowledge of non-alcoholic beverages and mixology techniques

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Creative mindset and a passion for experimenting with new Flavors and ingredients

- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Salary: 25,000 to 30,000 Monthly
