Job Overview:

As an Architect you will be instrumental in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of our signage projects. From conceptual design to construction documentation, you will play a key role in transforming client visions into tangible, iconic structures that define the cityscape. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend creativity with technical expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptual Design and Visualization:

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to conceptualize innovative signage solutions that align with project objectives and brand identities.

Develop sketches, renderings, and 3D visualizations to communicate design concepts and spatial relationships effectively.

Incorporate feedback and iterate on design proposals to achieve consensus and client satisfaction.

Architectural Planning and Documentation:

Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for signage installations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Coordinate with engineering teams, fabricators, and contractors to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical components into architectural designs.

Review and revise construction documentation as needed to address design revisions, code updates, and project constraints.

Material Selection and Detailing:

Research and evaluate materials, finishes, and fabrication techniques to enhance the aesthetic appeal and durability of signage elements.

Develop detailed architectural details and specifications for fabrication and installation, incorporating appropriate materials and construction methods.

Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source high-quality materials and components that meet project specifications and budgetary constraints.

Project Coordination and Management:

Work closely with project managers to coordinate architectural design activities with overall project schedules and deliverables.

Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to address design coordination issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Provide technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the design, fabrication, and installation phases.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Licensed architect with [X] years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.

Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong design sensibility and portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.

Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices relevant to signage installations.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
