Job Summary:
As the Sales Administrator, you will support in many different cross functional departments including sales and marketing. This position supports the sales team with all aspects of the sales process from contract to closing while ensuring effective communication within a fast-paced environment. If you have experience working in a sales administration managing multiple priorities this could be the next role for you!
This is a full-time permanent position and is on site in the office.
What you will do:
Support the Sales Manager and the Sales Team through all aspects of the sales process from contract to closing
Support the Sales team ensuring they have the materials required to be effective both digitally and in their sales centers
Monitor important deadlines for paperwork and follow-up with the Sales Team members as deadlines approach
Distribute digital leads to the respective Sales Team Members
Coordinate, prepare for, and attend sales meetings, track action items and distribute meeting minutes
Maintain pricing and details for all Quick Possession homes ensuring changes and additions are captured and communicated to Marketing
Track land inventory and sales from conditionally sold to sold; including all associated paperwork, data entry and administration of internal procedures ensuring accuracy and timely completion
Act as liaison between Sales and Marketing team communicating changes, updates, promotions, requests for materials and more
Work closely with the Marketing team to schedule and manage sales center moves and set ups
Monitor and provide all materials required for MLS listings including photography, marketing sheets, floor plans, features and pricing
Provide ad hoc support for our sister company, Douglas Developments, as required
Experience/Knowledge Requirements:
1-2 years experience in a similar role
Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadline
Microsoft Office experience is required
Homefront experience is an asset
Contract and contract law familiarity is an asset
Highly organized and ability to work independently
Strong problem solving and time management skills
Hard working, eager to learn and drive to complete tasks
Must have a demonstrated positive and proactive approach and be prepared to
be flexible in the work performed
Real estate/construction industry experience is an asset
Real estate/contract/administrative education is an asset

Schedule:
Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm
Friday: 8am – 2pm
Occasional Saturdays for Show Home events/openings
Work Location: In person at the Douglas Home office located in Calgary.
