Salt are delighted to be partnering with one of the biggest players in the live entertainment industry to find an experienced Performance Marketer for the e-Commerce vertical.
Our client are looking to increase customer acquisition through digital marketing channels and this person will be at the forefront of its strategy and execution for venues across North America.
This is a hybrid position in NYC - offices are located in Manhattan.
Responsibilities:
Performance marketing effectiveness - optimizing value from audience data and affiliate partners
Analysis - working closely with venue marketing and central teams to improve audience segmentation and the effectiveness of campaigns through web traffic metrics
Automation and tools - continuous improvement of internal marketing tools and systems for tracking, insights, and reporting
People and project management - partnering with internal and external partners across marketing and data disciplines; coaching and educating on best practices and developing frameworks
About you:
E-Commerce and performance marketing professional, ideally with experience in live entertainment and/or venue marketing
Min. 4 years' experience across digital marketing channels - email, social, search and affiliates
AdTech platform experience for e.g GA360 and GA4
Good understanding of privacy guidelines specifically for the US market
Analytically minded - experience with A/B testing and experimentation
Management experience in leading project teams
