Job Description
One of the top mechanical contractors in the area is looking for a sales person to create new accounts and handle some existing accounts in the Western New York Area -- Duties include - Bringing in new accounts in the commercial and industrial Field. Manage the installation of HVAC/mechanical projects. Review specifications/drawings, complete material take-offs, RFIs, submittals, purchase orders. Facilitate monthly project billing, weekly cost reports, project reports, ect.., Visit active job sites to review job progress, provide technical assistance, resolve conflicts, and verify quality and consistency of installation. Attend weekly jobsite meetings. Responsible for planning, staffing, organizing, directing and insuring staff compliance related to the activities of the commercial department in a manner that optimizes all available resources and maximizes customer satisfaction and company profit.
