Core Responsibilities:

• Acknowledge and greet every guest with friendliness, respect and willingness to serve.

• Understand and operate point-of-sale software.

• Demonstrate consistency at the register and communicate with clarity and positivity.

• Have good working knowledge of our offerings and be eager to understand best practices and uses of all new products.

• Eagerness to think "outside the box" to create additional value for guests during promotional periods.

• Enforce zero tolerance policy to eliminate access of adult products to be browsed/purchased by minors at all times.

• Understand and operate at the front end in correspondence with the Sunny Team Member Handbook.

• Build rapport with guests by helping them explore our offerings while ensuring satisfaction with each visit.

• Communicate guest's concerns, store supply, product, and other pertinent matters to Store Manager or Administrator during all shifts.

• Manage daily store inventory levels and displays.

• Communicate daily with Team Members on various smart phone apps to maintain excellent store appearance, inventory metrics, and troubleshooting matters.

• Maintain accurate register till levels and counts.

• Stay current with knowledge of point-of-sale system as well as being able to operate cash register for regular transactions.

• Willingness to occasionally research, test and/or sample products.

Sunny Team Members are required to use smart phone apps to:

• Communicate effectively with Sunny Team Members and Sunny Administrators

• Receive bulletins and updates

• Initiate and assist in continued work and on-going projects

• Become familiar with all products and inventory

• Manage schedule and shifts

• Understand payroll and benefits

Education and additional requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• GED/High School Diploma

• Must have and maintain reliable transportation.

• Able to work at fast pace with accuracy and focus.

• Be able to lift boxes of up to 30lbs

• Practice good hygiene

• Maintain a clean and neat appearance

• Be punctual and consistent
