FRAGRANCE & BEAUTY AMBASSADOR

Join the world of elegance and craftsmanship as a Fragrance & Beauty Ambassador for a renowned luxury brand, recognized globally for its excellence. You will embody the spirit of this prestigious brand's Parfums and be at the forefront of introducing customers to our new Beauty territory.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Department Store Retail Manager, you will be the face of our Fragrance & Beauty line, catering to an international clientele. Your responsibilities include:

- Warmly greeting customers on the store floor and providing attentive service.

- Listening to customer requirements and offering expert advice on our cosmetics products.

- Inspiring customers by introducing them to the world of luxury beauty, evoking imagery through stories and anecdotes.

- Enthusiastically selling our cosmetics products and ensuring the highest quality after-sales service.

- Maintaining a tidy and clean store environment, contributing to essential sales tasks, and ensuring a unique customer experience.

- Collaborating with other ambassadors, Beauty Experts, and Head Office to share skills and expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least two years of higher education in cosmetics sales.

- Minimum three years of successful experience in cosmetics sales with a reputable luxury brand or retailer.

- Keen interest and good knowledge in at least one area of the cosmetics sector (fragrance, skincare, makeup).

- Mandarin, Spanish, and Arabic speakers are a plus.

- Strong interpersonal skills, a passion for art and fashion, and a good awareness of color.

- Over 25 years old preferred.

- Beauty & cosmetics sales: 3 years (Preferred)

PLACE OF THE POSITION:

JFK International Airport (Terminal 1).

Expected hours: 40 per week (Full-Time)

SALARY & BENEFITS:

We offer a competitive hourly salary of $24 based on experience and language proficiency plus commissions. Additional benefits include monthly parking, health insurance, medical fees, and retirement plan.
