Experience:1 year in Service Desk dealing with PC related issues, OS reinstallation, Password reset, MS Suite, Active directory, Service now.Ticketing experience.Proficiency in using request management tools or ticketing systems.

Transfer or dispatch to next level of support. Daily communication/interaction via

email/ticket/phone

Excellent communication

Salary : 5.lpa + Allowance

Shifts: 5 Rotational 2days rotational off
