Job Responsibilities:

ï · Build and manage a sales force

ï · Market mapping and Scouting for projects

ï · To keep abreast with project progress in their regions.

ï · To ensure specification of our brand by architects.

ï · To ensure brand presence and visibility in their locations.

ï · Will be responsible for overall sales and related activity.

ï · Competitor activity/market development related reporting.

ï · Candidates from cement steel industry to be avoided.

ï · Project sales experience crucial.

ï · Channel sales or trade (dealers & sub-dealers) only an add on

ï · Ensure no gaps in candidate' s resume between jobs etc.

ï · Good candidates even if on 3rd party rolls acceptable.

ï · candidates preferred but candidates with relevant experience can be considered.

Job Requirement

ï · Educational Qualification- Any graduate with MBA preferred must be computer literate.

ï · CTC includes performance based estimated monthly incentives – Rs. 3 Lakhs to Rs. 3.5

Lakhs per annum for sales officer depending upon the candidate. Petrol and mobile charges

will be reimbursed as applicable.

ï · Experience- 0 - 2 years.

ï · Exposure to Projects & Specifiers (Architects Builders contractors & PMC) in building

materials industries strongly preferred.

ï · Government Departments (Central & State) exposure is an added bonus.

ï · Languages Known- English and local language with ability to converse fluently. Hindi

knowledge will be an added advantage.

ï · Candidate will be working from home at Bangalore reporting to Bangalore Area Sales

Manager and HO at Chennai.

Education/Experience

Qualifications:

ï · Bachelor / Masters Level Degree preferred.

ï · Must possess a passion for sales with strong direct sales skills. Extremely comfortable

dealing at senior levels.

ï · Good communications skills: Must have experience drafting and presenting effective

proposals (good Knowledge of English and Local Language must)

ï · Responsible and resourceful manager who operates effectively without supervision

ï · Project Sales Background: Must bring strong negotiating skills and ability to close.

ï · Strongly preferred only from the Building Material Industry [electrical fittings

paints(decorative) tiles sanitary ware CP fittings special bath appliances like Jacuzzi

Glass like interior products like carpets fabric etc]

ï · Good contacts and strong rapport with Architects and builders. Should' ve been interacting

with them in their current jobs.

ï · Must be Pro Active and willing to take initiative.

ï · Should have handled/executed at least a couple of sizeable projects.

ï · Bike and Laptop- Mandatory.
