Policy Enforcement Manager, YouTube Partner Program

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cyber-security, or a related field.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Experience with machine learning.

Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or in a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.

Excellent technical and analytical skills to frame solutions using data.

Responsibilities

Build knowledge of how YouTube Partner Program (YPP) policies impact YouTube users, platform changes, and new product launches.

Manage policy enforcement escalations and develop new enforcement guidelines for YPP, delivering training to reviewers and providing enforcement advice on grey policy areas.

Support workflows including tooling improvements and scaled workflow optimization.

Support the launch of new or updated enforcement process solutions across multiple trust and safety teams.

Ensure workflows reflect policy guidelines, and work with global vendors to enforce sensitive policies.
