Senior Process Engineer

Junior Engineer (1 - 6 years' experience E1 - E2)

Location: Mumbai

Candidates should have a degree in Chemical Engineering with relevant years of experience in Front End & Detailed Design in the hydrocarbon industry. Candidate must hands-on experience in basic process simulation and must have knowledge of software like HYSYS, Flare System Analyzer, etc. Experience in Design & Engineering of refinery, petrochemical, gas processing plants and LNG cryogenic units, will be an advantage.

Roles and Responsibility:

Proper and timely execution of projects in process department

Ensure completion of work in the assigned budget, project plan and man hours allotted.

Support to other disciplines in execution of projects

Ability to communicate effectively with other disciplines for proper co-ordination during project cycle.

Expertise in executing various process engineering activities such as:

Fluid Property estimation using Aspen HYSYS

Hydraulic calculations for Pump and compressor circuits

Relief Load Estimation, PSV Sizing, Inlet and Outlet Line Sizing

Flare Header sizing using Aspen Flare System Analyzer, Flare Load Summary

P&ID development, preparation of Cause-and-Effect Diagram

Vessel Sizing, Equipment, and Instrument Datasheet Preparation

Heat Exchanger Design, Rating and Simulation using HTRI
