1. Preparation of Project Budget Analysis between Budgeted & Actual

2. Preparation of Construction & Material Incurred cost statement.

3. Make progress Report of work as per time schedule.

4. Inspection and supervision of work to maintain specified quality standards also check on site measurement.

5. Co-ordinate with Contractors and other Agency etc.

6. Checking, Verification, Making of measurements, BBS and Bills.

7. Preparation and finalization of project items & quantities from Drawings.

8. Preparation of Billing TAT, Booked Status for Project.

9. Monitor SAP Bill Booking.

10. Preparation, Track & coordinate for PR, MB, and DC & IDC cost, Advances & payments.
