Responsibilities:

Set up and stock stations with supplies.

Prepare food, including chopping vegetables and butchering meat.

Cook menu items in collaboration with kitchen staff.

Follow chef's instructions and maintain cleanliness.

Stock inventory and ensure food preparation meets standards.

Maintain a positive attitude and arrive on time for shifts.

Skills:

Prior cooking experience preferred.

Good understanding of cooking methods and ingredients.

Ability to work accurately and swiftly.

Familiarity with industry best practices.

Culinary school experience is a plus.
