Responsibilities:

Prepare appetizers, salads, and sandwiches with creativity and precision.

Garnish dishes to perfection.

Perform efficient meal prep before guests arrive.

Maintain ingredient freshness and reduce food waste through proper storage.

Ensure impeccable food plating, temperature, and portions for all cold dishes.

Sterilize kitchen equipment for hygiene and safety.

Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

Recommend innovative recipes to enhance our menu.

Keep your station clean and organized at all times.

Arrive punctually for scheduled shifts.

Skills:

Previous experience as a Pantry Cook, Prep Cook, or similar role is preferred, but not required...we will train!

Proficiency with professional kitchen equipment.

Strong knowledge of food plating techniques.

Understanding of kitchen health and safety rules.

Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with flexibility for various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
