The Social Media Manager will lead the strategy, content creation, and reporting for the social programs across our clients family of brands.

Keys

Excellent copywriting skills.

Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, audio and video).

Experience managing social media brand and service campaigns to raise brand awareness.

Create original digital content across various social media platforms including copy, imagery, audio & video.

Plan and create relevant content that aligns with the overall business strategies.

Track trends and conversations and find opportunities to leverage internal experts to develop relevant content & drive influencer and engagement strategies.

Essential Responsibilities

Develop and implement a social media strategy to build a strong social presence for company brands

Write compelling social media content related to products, campaigns, other collaterals

Publish and measure the engagement of social content

Run social media campaigns (organic & paid) to achieve specific objectives

Collaborate within the marketing team to support multiple brands

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in a Social Media Marketing role.

Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices.

Excellent communication skills.

Analytical and multitasking skills.

BS degree in Marketing or relevant field.

Photoshop and some design skills preferred.

Photography and videography skills a plus.

Magento e-commerce platform or other e-commerce platform usage a plus
