Job Title: ReStore Warehouse Manager

Purpose:

The Warehouse Manager manages and oversees warehouse staff and operations and performs all aspects of daily ReStore warehouse and donation vehicle-related business.

Drives Solano-Napa Habitat for Humanity ReStore vehicles to pick up donated goods and other materials primarily within Solano and Napa Counties as needed.

Is a positive and enthusiastic ambassador for the Solano-Napa Habitat for Humanity home build mission who practices honesty and trustworthiness in all things.

Job Details:

Time Schedule: This is a full-time, non-exempt position, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Benefits: Eleven paid holidays per year, one sick day per month, 80 hours of paid vacation, participation in Kaiser Health Plan.

Primary Job Requirements:

Experience in warehouse management of inventory control systems, safety compliance, vehicle operations, merchandise flow, and policies and procedures enforcement.

Skilled in efficient organizational flow of warehouse and donations processing.

Ability to manage multiple duties while maintaining daily responsibilities and safety rules.

Able to effectively lead, supervise, and train staff and volunteers.

Utilizes diplomacy and tact when interacting with customers.

Able to stand and walk on cement floors for up to four hours uninterrupted in a warehouse / retail facility.

Able to stand, squat, bend, and lift or move objects up to 100 pounds with proper tools.

Must be licensed and insurable to drive a box truck to pick up large item donations as needed.

Must be certified to operate a forklift or willing to train to be certified.

Possesses basic computer skills.

Must pass all required background checks.

Possesses knowledge of retail merchandise valuation and pricing.

Must have a high school diploma or GED certificate. College degree preferred.

Performs additional ReStore duties and tasks as required and assigned.
