We are seeking a talented Carpenter Technician to join our team! The purpose of this job is to execute the assigned tasks related to the trade of carpentry, excavation, demolition, foundation work, and other assigned tasks. Responsibilities:

Install fixtures and materials such as windows, flooring, trim, and hardware

Coordinate carpooling or transportation to worksites.

Appropriately use and care for provided tools and transport to worksites.

Adhere to all codes and regulations that pertain to the scope of work being executed.

Complete tasks to thoroughly meet specifications.

Communicate the need for change orders.

Create a safe, respectful, organized, and efficient way.

Inform site lead of any additional resource or instruction needs.

Complete other assigned duties as assigned.Qualifications:

Ability to safely operate hand and power carpentry tools

Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects

One or more years experience in carpentry preferred

Valid drivers license
