While Diamond Equity does renovate many houses, your focus as an Acquisition Manager will be on negotiating deals, NOT construction management. Motivated Acquisition Managers love working, have disciplined habits around lead follow-up and CRM/Technology management, and love the thrill of signing deals.

Background in sales required. Past experience in auto sales, in-home/construction sales, or real estate would be ideal for the Acquisition Manager role.

Compensation:

$100,000 & Up Commission SalesResponsibilities:

Call Hot Leads & Schedule Appts to Make Offers

Prepare Offers

Present Offers in Person at the Appointment

Manage Negotiations over time

Manage Process of Closing Deals

Maintain CRM with every Interaction with Clients

Qualifications:

Reliable transportation is a must

Sales experience (auto sales, real estate sales or acquisitions, in-home sales, etc.) preferred

Experience using a CRM lead tracking system (such as Podio) preferred

Construction Management experience is a plus
