ChicBlue Insurance Agency on the Northshore is on the hunt for a full-time Customer Service - Sales Support Rep who's ready to add some pizzazz to our growing team. We need a superstar who can juggle like a pro, keep our clients happy, and communicate like a champ. You'll need to be a multitasking mastermind with top-notch time management skills and an uncanny ability to build trust and rapport with clients. If you happen to have a Louisiana P&C or Personal Lines License, you're already one step closer to joining our squad, but if you also happen to have a Mississippi P&C or Personal Lines License, we'll throw you a parade! Plus, if you've got a Louisiana Life, Health, & Accident License, we'll be doing a happy dance!

Responsibilities

You'll be the go-to gal/guy for keeping our customers happy and our sales team on their toes. Get ready to dive in! Your daily mission is to make calls to our fabulous customers about upcoming renewals. You'll give them the low down on any missing discounts, help with policy changes, and ensure their payment method is all set. Plus, you'll keep an eye on renewal payments to make sure they're all received. But that's not all! You'll also be the ace up our sales team's sleeve, helping out with all their administrative duties. Think scanning, following up on docs that need to be signed, and helping new customers set up those all-important online accounts. And when it's time to part ways with their old insurance company, you'll be the superhero who swoops in to save the day!

Requirements

Prior Allstate Insurance Agency experience is a major plus, you have to know your way around the insurance biz! But, most importantly, you gotta be a quick learner, super resourceful, and ready for some serious coaching. You're a stressbuster, taking on tough situations with a smile. You're proactive, taking the reins and going the extra mile for our clients. You're a problem-solving, critical-thinking, decision-making machine. You follow through and then some, exceeding every client's expectation. You're a multi-tasking genius, keeping everything organized and on track.
